Mary and Jon were planning a rustic, shabby-chic wedding with lots of personal touches, and they loved the homegrown, handwritten look of chalkboard invitations. With chalkboard style invitations, typography takes on a whole new level of importance, and we were able to add playful and textural elements to each piece. We set the tone of the festivities with the save-the-dates, followed by bridal shower invitations, wedding invitations and response postcards, various signs and framable pieces for the actual wedding day, wedding programs, table number cards and table assignment cards. The result was a unified, distinct style that the couple-to-be were envisioning for their special day.
